Pradhanmantri aawas Yojana : वैसे तो भारत सरकार की तरफ से भारत में कई तरह की योजनाएं चलाई जा रही है लेकिन यह योजना काफी ज्यादा पुरानी है और इस योजना की वजह से जब तक लाखों लोगों को लाभ पहुंच चुका है पहले इस योजना को इंदिरा आवास योजना के नाम से जाना जाता है।
लेकिन बाद में इस योजना का नाम बदलकर प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना (pm awas yojana) कर दिया गया है योजना में नाम का बदलाव 2014 के अंदर किया गया था उसके बाद में काफी ज्यादा व्यक्तियों को इस योजना से लाभ प्राप्त हुआ है उससे पहले इस दिशा में काफी ज्यादा धीमी गति से कार्य हो रहा था लेकिन वर्तमान समय में योजना के तहत काफी तेज गति से कार्य हो रहा है।

ज्यादातर व्यक्तियों को पता नहीं है कि इस योजना के तहत यदि आप आवेदन करते हो तो आपको इस योजना के तहत कितने रुपए मिल सकते हैं तो आपको जानकर हैरानी होगी यदि आप इस योजना के तहत आवेदन करते हो।
तो सरकार की तरफ से आपके पूरे ₹200000 का अनुदान दिया जाएगा घर बनाने के लिए इन ₹200000 का उपयोग करके आप आसानी से अपने लिए एक कमरा पूरा पक्का बना सकते हो।
आपकी जानकारी के लिए बता दे योजना के तहत एक साथ रुपए प्रदान नहीं किए जाते हैं योजना के तहत अलग-अलग चरण में रुपए प्रदान किए जाते हैं पहले योजना के तहत ₹30000 की किस्त आएगी इन ₹30000 का आपके घर में काम कर कर दिखाना होगा फिर इसके बाद में अगले चरण में दूसरी किस्त आएगी इस तरीके से योजना के तहत पैसे दिए जाते हैं।

प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना का लाभ प्रदान करने के लिए सरकार ने व्यक्तियों को चार समूह के अंदर बांटा गया है इन चार समूह में व्यक्तियों को उनकी कमाई के आधार पर बांटा गया है
- जिस व्यक्ति के परिवार की वार्षिक आय ₹600000 से 12 लाख रुपए के बीच में है इन्हें सरकार मध्यम आय समूह प्रथम मानती है।
- जिन व्यक्तियों की पारिवारिक आय 12 लख रुपए से लेकर 18 लख रुपए के बीच में है इन व्यक्तियों को सरकार मध्यम आय समुह द्वितीय रखती है।
- जिन व्यक्तियों की पारिवारिक आय ₹300000 से 6 लख रुपए के बीच में है इन परिवारों को सरकार निम्न आय समूह में रखती है।
- वहीं कुछ परिवार ऐसे भी हैं जो की सालाना ₹300000 से ज्यादा की कमाई नहीं कर पाते हैं इन व्यक्तियों को सरकार आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर मानती है।
- इसी के अलावा जितने भी जाति वर्ग है उन सभी को इस योजना के तहत लाभ प्रदान किया जाएगा।
